AI agents in your team's development process
A programme for businesses with an internal technical team that want to delegate an increasing share of development work to AI agents. We build the infrastructure, processes, checks and training.
We start with your current process and a product, identify tasks that can be delegated and build an operational pilot. Expansion is guided by measured results.
Specifications, context, isolated environments and quality checks make the workflow repeatable. Objectives, architecture, exceptions and release approval remain the responsibility of designated people.
The stages of your tech team's transformation
Initial assessment
We analyse your team, product and development process. We define baseline metrics, tasks suitable for agents and a transformation plan, with an agreed scope of work.
Infrastructure design
We design the agent architecture, repository context, access, data and controls. We establish the permitted tools, spending limits and failure-handling procedures for the team.
Operational pilot
We build a workflow from a specification to a proposed repository change. Agents work in an isolated environment, with testing and traceable results before release.
Expansion across the business
We extend the process to the additional repositories agreed, with shared procedures, integrations and release controls. Rollout depends on the thresholds verified in the pilot.
Team training
We run practical sessions with exercises and operating instructions. Your team learns to prepare specifications and context, review proposals and handle exceptions in the workflow.
Continuous improvement
We monitor agent metrics, quality, costs and reliability. Through an agreed monthly commitment, we update workflows and context and compare results with the baseline.
Measured automation with clear responsibilities
The programme assesses whether AI can take on 90–100% of the agreed eligible execution tasks. This is a goal to validate in the pilot, not a promise covering all development across the business. We measure tasks accepted without substantial rewrites, alongside defects, security, costs and human review time.
The stages are progressive. Testing, code and dependency analysis, secrets checks and the required approvals accompany each change. If checks fail, the workflow stops or requires human intervention. Software subscriptions, model and API usage, cloud services and hardware are assessed separately.
